The Other Charges feature allows you to record the job-related expenses you are incurring while doing the job. TimeTact easily lets you record an item as a reimbursement (including sales tax) or as a job related expenses (without sales tax).
The items you record are automatically included when you create an invoice and you can change tax rates for each item. This is handy if you live in a country where the VAT rate is different depending on what you purchase.

Include images and videos

With TimeTact you can attach images of receipts, and videos of the purchased item. This can serve as documentation when you send out an invoice or export a job report. You can also type a short note to further explain the purpose of your transactions.



Other charges are included in job reports

With TimeTact it is easy to get an overview of project charges and reimbursements. They are included on the job report and you can easily see the breakdown of these costs, and make adjustments if necessary.
